We are experts in the development of business plans, business cases, feasibility assessments, and socio-economic analyses (including cost benefits analysis) for tourism and trail projects.
We prepare business plans for start-ups which outline the business vision, strategic goals, competitor products, as well as detailed financial and marketing plans. We also conduct business review plans and detailed action plans for existing operators.
We develop business cases to outline the value and benefits of a project in order to secure stakeholder support and financial investment. Business cases typically form part of the post-feasibility phase of a project. They are a critical component of any grant application or request forfinancial support from government investment programs.
We undertake socio-economic analyses, including Costs Benefits Analysis (CBA), for a range of ecotourism and recreational trail projects. This includes project evaluations to assess the impact of projects that have been completed, as well as forward-looking assessments of the expected returns from projects that are yet to be initiated.
We have extensive experience in community and stakeholder engagement, we regularly work with business operators, community members, visitors, Traditional Owners, local government elected officials and officers, stategovernment representatives, and non-government organisations and associations.
